LINEAR LTC1696 handbook

LTC1696 is a standalone power supply overvoltage monitor and protection device designed to protect a power supply load in the event of an overvoltage fault. It monitors two adjustable output voltages. If an overvoltage condition is detected, the output drives either an external SCR crowbar or turns off external back-to-back N-channel MOSFETs, thereby, disconnecting the input voltage from the power supply.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT3466 Manual

The LT3466 is a dual full function white LED step-up converter specifically designed to drive up to 20 White LEDs (10 in series per converter) with a constant current. Series connection of the LEDs provides identical LED currents resulting in uniform brightness and eliminating the need for ballast resistors and expensive factory calibration. The two independent converters are capable of driving asymmetric LED strings. The dimming of the two LED strings can also be controlled independently. The LT3466 is ideal for providing backlight for main and sub-displays in cell phones and other handheld devices. The LT3466 operates in switch-mode mode and provides peak efficiencies of up to 81% over an input voltage range of 2.7V to 24V and can operate at switching frequencies up to 2MHz.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT1632/LT1633 sn1632 16323fs 45MHz 45V/ s Dual/Quad Rail-to-Rail Input Output Precision Op Amps

The LT ®1632/LT1633 are dual/quad, rail-to-rail input and output op amps with a 45MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 45V/µs slew rate. The LT1632/LT1633 have excellent DC precision over the full range of operation. Input offset voltage is typically less than 400µV and the minimum open-loop gain of 0.8 million into a 10k load virtually eliminates all gain error. Common mode rejection is typically 83dB over the full rail- to-rail input range when on a single 5V supply for excellent noninverting performance. The LT1632/LT1633 maintain their performance for sup- plies from 2.7V to 36V and are specified at 3V, 5V and ±15V supplies. The inputs can be driven beyond the supplies without damage or phase reversal of the output. The output delivers load currents in excess of 35mA.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY - 1 LT1529 LT1529-3.3/LT1529-5 handbook

The LT ®1529/LT1529-3.3/LT1529-5 are 3A low dropout regulators with micropower quiescent current and shut- down. The devices are capable of supplying 3A of output current with a dropout voltage of 0.6V. Designed for use in battery-powered systems, the low quiescent current, 50µA operating and 16µA in shutdown, make them an ideal choice. The quiescent current is well controlled; it does not rise in dropout as it does with many other low dropout PNP regulators. Other features of the LT1529 /LT1529-3.3/LT1529-5 in- clude the ability to operate with small output capacitors. They are stable with 22µF on the output while most older devices require up to 100µF for stability. Small ceramic capacitors can be used, enhancing manufacturabiltiy. Also the input may be connected to voltages lower than the output voltage, including negative voltages, without re- verse current flow from output to input. This makes the LT1529/LT1529-3.3/LT1529-5 ideal for backup power situations where the output is held high and the input is at ground or reversed. Under these conditions, only 16µA will flow from the OUTPUT pin to ground. The devices are available in 5-lead TO-220 and 5-lead DD packages.

LINEAR LTC3252 handbook

The LTC3252 is a DC/DC converter from Linear Technology that uses switched capacitor fractional conversion to achieve a typical efficiency increase of 50% over that of a linear regulator. The part has no inductors and uses a unique constant frequency, spread spectrum architecture to provide a very low noise regulated output as well as low noise at the input. The part also has Burst Mode ® operation to provide high efficiency at low output currents, as well as ultralow current shutdown. Low operating currents (60µA with both outputs enabled, 35µA with one output enabled) and low external parts count make the LTC3252 ideally suited for space-con- strained battery-powered applications. The part is short- circuit and overtemperature protected and is available in a tiny 4mm × 3mm 12-pin DFN package.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT1715 Manual

The LT1715 is an UltraFast dual comparator optimized for low voltage operation. Separate supplies allow independent analog input ranges and output logic levels with no loss of performance. The input voltage range extends from 100mV below VEE to 1.2V below VCC. Internal hysteresis makes the LT1715 easy to use even with slow moving input signals. The rail-to-rail outputs directly interface to TTL and CMOS. The symmetric output drive results in similar rise and fall times that can be harnessed for analog applications or for easy translation to other single supply logic levels. The LT1715 is available in the 10-pin MSOP package. The pinout of the LT1715 minimizes parasitic effects by placing the most sensitive inputs away from the outputs, shielded by the power rails. For a dual/quad single supply comparator with similar propagation delay, see the LT1720/LT1721. For a single comparator with similar propagation delay, see the LT1719.
