THS7373 is a low-power, single-supply, 3-V to 5-V, 720p/1080i/1080p30, or G’B’R’ (R’G’B’) four-channel integrated video buffer. The SN75468 is a high voltage, high current Darlington transistor array. Each consists of seven npn Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The collector-current rating of each Darlington pair is 500 mA. The Darlington pairs may be paralleled for higher current capability. Applications include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers. The SN75468 has a 2700-Ω series base resistor for each Darlington pair for operation directly with TTL or 5-V CMOS. The SN75469 has a 10.5-kΩ series base resistor to allow its operation directly with CMOS or PMOS that use supply voltages of 6 to 15 V. The required input current is below that of the SN75468.

The bq2407x series is a highly integrated Li-ion linear charger and system power path management device targeted at space-limited portable applications. It operates from either a USB port or AC adapter, with a high input voltage range and input overvoltage protection to support low-cost unregulated adapters. The bq2407x powers the system while simultaneously and independently charging the battery, reducing the number of charge and discharge cycles on the battery, enabling proper charge termination, and allowing the system to run with a defective or absent battery pack. It also features an NTC thermistor input, soft-start feature, integrated dynamic power management, status indication, support for up to 1.5A output current, and a small package size.

The TPS2014 and TPS2015 power distribution switches are intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely to be encountered. The high-side switch is a 95-mΩ n-channel MOSFET. The switch is controlled by a logic enable that is compatible with 3-V and 5-V logic. Gate drive is provided by an internal charge pump designed to control the power switch rise times and fall times to minimize current surges during switching. The charge pump requires no external components and allows operation from supplies as low as 4 V. When the output load exceeds the current-limit threshold or a short is present, the TPS20xx limits the output current to a safe level by switching into a constant-current mode, and the overcurrent logic output is set to low. Continuous heavy overloads and shorts will set the overcurrent logic output to low.
