The STEF12 is a 12V line electronic fuse. It has a continuous current of 3.6A, an N-channel on-resistance of 53 mΩ, enable/fault functions, an output clamp voltage of 15 V, undervoltage lockout, short-circuit limit, overload current limit, controlled output voltage ramp, thermal latch of 165 °C, tiny capacitors, a working junction temperature of -40 °C to 125 °C, and a DFN10 (3x3 mm) package. The STEF05 is an integrated electronic fuse optimized for monitoring output current and input voltage. Connected in series to a 5 V rail, it is capable of protecting the electronic circuitry on its output from overcurrent and overvoltage. The device has a controlled delay and turn-on time. When an overload condition occurs, the STEF05 limits the output current to a predefined safe value. If the anomalous overload condition persists, it goes into an open state, disconnecting the load from the power supply. If a continuous short-circuit is present on the board, when power is re-applied the E-fuse initially limits the output current to a safe value, and then again goes into an open state. The device is equipped with a thermal protection circuit. The intervention of the thermal protection is signalled to the external circuit, indicating that there is a short circuit.

The STODD03 is a 2-channel power management device intended for Blu-Ray applications based on high density optical storage devices. It integrates one step-down converter able to provide 3.3V fixed output voltage up to 700mA load, and one step-up converter to provide the power supply needed for the blue laser in applications where only 5V input voltage is available. The step-up output voltage is adjustable in the range from 6.5V to 14V, with current capability up to 500mA. Both step-down and step-up channels integrate low RDS_ON N-channel and P-channel MOSFETs, allowing high DC-DC efficiencies. The STODD03 has a 1A integrated power switch.

STLA02 is a boost converter that operates from 2.5 V to 18 V and can provide an output voltage as high as 27 V and can drive up to 6 white LEDs connected in series. The total output current capability is 20 mA at an output voltage of 24 V. The total output power capability is up to 500 mW. The regulation is done by the internal error amplifier which works with the feedback voltage from the sensing resistor connected in high side sensing configuration. The device can be turned on/off by the logic signal connected to the EN pin and this pin is also dedicated for the PWM dimming of the output current. Current mode control of the regulation allows a fast response to a change of the enable pin voltage level.
