MICROCHIP MCP1827/MCP1827S handbook

The MCP1827/MCP1827S is a 1.5A Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator that provides high current and low output voltages. The MCP1827 comes in a fixed or adjustable output voltage version, with an output voltage range of 0.8V to 5.0V. The 1.5A output current capability, combined with the low output voltage capability, make the MCP1827 a good choice for new sub-1.8V output voltage LDO applications that have high current demands. The MCP1827S is a 3-pin fixed output voltage version, with an output voltage range of 0.8V to 5.0V.

MICROCHIP TC1232 handbook

The TC1232 is a fully-integrated processor supervisor that provides three important functions to safeguard processor sanity: precision power on/off reset control, watchdog timer and external reset override. It has an adjustable voltage monitor and watchdog timer, and does not require external components. It ensures that the processor remains in the reset state for 250 milliseconds after a stable system startup. It also monitors the normal operation of the processor and issues a reset signal when the processor is out of control. When the PB input is brought low by an external push button switch or other electronic signal, the outputs of the TC1232 are immediately driven active.
