MAXIM MAX710/MAX711 Guide

The MAX710/MAX711 is a step-up DC-DC converter with a linear regulator integrated to provide step-up/down voltage conversion. They are optimized for battery applications where the input varies above and below the regulated output voltage. They have an input range from +1.8V to +11V. Typical efficiency when boosting battery inputs is 85%. The MAX710/MAX711 can be configured for minimum noise or optimum efficiency. Shutdown control turns off the part completely, disconnecting the input from the output (ISHDN = 0.2µA). Standby control turns off only the step-up converter and leaves the low-power linear regulator active (IQ = 7µA).

MAXIM MAX202E MAX213E MAX232E/MAX241EManual

The MAX202E–MAX213E, MAX232E/MAX241E line drivers/receivers are designed for RS-232 and V.28 communications in harsh environments. Each transmitter output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) shocks, without latchup. The drivers and receivers for all ten devices meet all EIA/TIA-232E and CCITT V.28 specifications at data rates up to 120kbps, when loaded in accordance with the EIA/TIA-232E specification.

MAXIM MAX220 MAX249 Manual

The MAX220–MAX249 family of line drivers/receivers is intended for all EIA/TIA-232E and V.28/V.24 communica- tions interfaces, particularly applications where ±12V is not available. These parts are especially useful in battery-powered sys- tems, since their low-power shutdown mode reduces power dissipation to less than 5µW. The MAX225, MAX233, MAX235, and MAX245/MAX246/MAX247 use no external components and are recommended for appli- cations where printed circuit board space is critical.

MAXIM MAX3570/MAX3571/MAX3573 Manual

MAX3570/MAX3571/MAX3573 low-cost, wideband, dual-conversion tuner chips are designed for digital TV receivers. Each chip integrates all necessary RF functional modules, including an integrated HI-IF filter, a fully integrated VCO, and an IF VGA. The operating frequency ranges from 50MHz to 878MHz, while providing more than 60dB of RF and IF controllable gain range. MAX3570/MAX3571 have IF frequencies centered at 44MHz, while MAX3573 has IF output centered at 36MHz. All three chips include a variable-gain RF front end with a noise figure of only 8dB. A dual synthesizer produces two LO frequencies and provides excellent phase noise performance with phase noise of -86dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. The integrated HI-IF filter has a 55dBc (typ.) image rejection. Only one IF SAW filter, passive loop filter and crystal oscillator are needed to build a complete single-chip tuner. MAX3570 chip programming and configuration are accomplished by a 3-wire serial interface, while MAX3571/MAX3573 chip programming and configuration are accomplished by a 2-wire serial interface. MAX3570/MAX3571/MAX3573 are packaged in a 48-pin QFN-EP package and are capable of operating in the commercial temperature range (0°C to +70°C).

MAXIM DS1225AB/AD 64k Nonvolatile SRAM Manual

This document describes the features and characteristics of DS1225AB and DS1225AD, two models of non-volatile static RAM. These RAMs have a minimum data retention of 10 years and automatically protect data during power loss. They can directly replace 8k x 8 volatile static RAM or EEPROM, with unlimited write cycles and low-power CMOS design. They come in a standard 28-pin DIP package with read and write access times of 70 ns. Additionally, they support a full voltage range and an optional industrial temperature range.

MAXIM DS1123L Manual

The DS1123L is an 8-bit programmable timing element similar in function to the DS1023, but operating at 3.3V. Like the DS1023, the DS1123L can delay signals up to a full period or more when used as a delay line, and an on-chip reference delay can be used to offset the inherent 'step-zero' delay. This allows the DS1123L to shift a clock signal over the full 0 to 360° phase range. In addition to functioning as a delay line, it can be configured as a free-running oscillator or an externally triggered monostable vibrator.

MAXIM MAX7319 Manual

The MAX7319 is an input port switch chip produced by Texas Instruments. The chip supports I2C communication, has 8 input ports and 1 interrupt output port, and can use internal pull-up resistors to detect the level of the input ports. It also provides pull-up resistor selection function, and overvoltage protection function, which can detect whether the input port voltage is too high. When the input port voltage is too high, the chip will automatically turn off to prevent the input port from burning
