ZSR series three terminal fixed positive voltage regulators feature internal circuit current limit and thermal shutdown making the devices difficult to destroy. The circuit design allows creation of any custom voltage in the range 2.85 to 12 volts. The devices are available in a small outline surface mount package, ideal for applications where space saving is important, as well as through hole TO92 style packaging. The devices are suited to local voltage regulation applications, where problems could be encountered with distributed single source regulation, as well as more general voltage regulation applications. The ZSR Series show performance characteristics superior to other local voltage regulators. The initial output voltage is maintained to within 2.5% with a quiescent current of typically 350µA. Output voltage change, with input voltage and load current, is much lower than competitive devices. The ZSR devices are completely stable with no external components.

ZETEX ZXCT1009 HIGH-SIDE CURRENT MONITOR

This product is a high side current sense monitor that can convert the high side voltage generated across a current shunt resistor into a proportional output current. A user-defined output resistor scales the output current into a ground-referenced voltage. The wide input voltage range of 2.5V to as low as 2.5V makes it suitable for a range of applications. A minimum operating current of just 4µA, combined with its SOT23 package, makes it a unique solution, suitable for portable battery equipment.

The ZXCL200 is a very small 2 volt regulator designed for use in low power and severely space limited applications. Supply current is minimised with a ground pin current of only 40µA at full 100mA load. Logic control allows the device to be shut down, consuming typically less than 10nA. These features make it ideal for battery powered applications where power economy is critical. The part has been designed with space sensitive systems in mind. It is available in the ultra small SC70 package, which is half the size of other SOT23 based regulator devices.
