MICROCHIP 28LV64A handbook

The 28LV64A is a 64K CMOS non-volatile electrically Erasable PROM from Microchip Technology Inc. It is organized as 8K words by 8 bits. The 28LV64A is accessed like a static RAM for the read or write cycles without the need of external components. During a “byte write”, the address and data are latched internally, freeing the microprocessor address and data bus for other operations. Fol- lowing the initiation of write cycle, the device will go to a busy state and automatically clear and write the latched data using an inter- nal control timer. To determine when the write operation has been completed, the user must periodically read the busy status bit. The device will automatically return to the ready state when the write operation is complete.

microchip I 2 C serial EEPROM series handbook

The 24XX* family is Microchip's family of electrically erasable programmable read-only memories (EEPROMs) ranging in capacity from 128 bits to 512 kilobits. This series of devices support a 2-wire serial interface organized as x8 memory blocks. The low voltage design allows operation down to 1.8V (for 24AAXX devices), with typical standby and operating currents of 1 µA and 1 mA, respectively. Devices with a capacity of 1 kilobit and above have page write capability. Functional address lines allow up to 8 devices to be connected to the same bus.

MICROCHIP TC72 Manual(1)

The TC72 is a digital temperature sensor capable of reading temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. This sensor features a serial interface that allows communication with a host controller or other peripherals. The TC72 interface is compatible with the SPI protocol. The TC72 does not require any additional external components. However, it is recommended that a decoupling capacitor of 0.01 µF to 0.1 µF be provided between the VDD and GND pins. The TC72 can be used either in a Continuous Temperature Conversion mode or a One-Shot Conversion mode. The Continuous Conversion mode measures the temperature approximately every 150 ms and stores the data in the temperature registers. In contrast, the One-Shot mode performs a s

MICROCHIP TC7135 Manual

The document introduces the features of the TC7135. It is a 4-1/2-digit A/D converter with a 50ppm (1/20000) resolution and a maximum nonlinearity error of 1 count. An automatic zero cycle reduces zero error to 10µV and zero drift to 0.5µV/°C. A maximum input current of 10pA minimizes source impedance errors. Rollover error is limited to ±1 count. Microprocessor-based measurement systems are supported by BUSY, STROBE, and RUN/HOLD control signals. Remote data acquisition systems (with data transfer via UARTs) are also possible. The additional control pins and multiplexed BCD outputs make the TC7135 the ideal converter for display or microprocessor-based measurement systems.

MICROCHIP TC7129 Manual

The TC7129 is a 4-1/2-digit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Microchip that directly drives a multiplexed liquid crystal display (LCD). It is fabricated in high-performance, low-power CMOS and is specifically designed for high-resolution, battery-powered digital multimeter applications. The traditional dual-slope method of A/D conversion has been enhanced with a successive integration technique to produce readings accurate to better than 0.005% of full scale and resolution down to 10µV per count. The TC7129 includes features important to multimeter applications. It detects and indicates low battery condition. A continuity output drives an annunciator on the display and can be used with an external driver to sound an audible alarm. Over range and under range outputs and a range change input provide the ability to create auto-ranging instruments. For snapshot readings, the TC7129 includes a latch-and-hold input to capture a reading in the event of an overvoltage or undervoltage.

MICROCHIP TC54 Voltage Detector handbook

This datasheet introduces TC54 Series CMOS voltage detectors, suitable for battery-powered applications due to their extremely low operating current of 1µA and small surface-mount packaging. Each part is laser trimmed to the desired threshold voltage, which can be specified from 1.1V to 6.0V and 7.7V, for a 2% and 1.5V to 6.0V for a 1% tolerance. The device includes a comparator, low-current high-precision reference, laser-trimmed divider, hysteresis circuit and output driver. The TC54 is available with either an open-drain or complementary output stage. In operation, the TC54's output (VOUT) remains in the logic HIGH state as long as VIN is greater than the specified threshold voltage (VDET-). When VIN falls below VDET- the output is driven to a logic LOW. VOUT remains LOW until VIN rises above VDET- by an amount VHYST, whereupon it resets to a logic HIGH.
