The AT89S2051/S4051 is a low-voltage, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 2K/4K bytes of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash program memory. The device is manufactured using Atmel’s high-density nonvolatile memory technology and is compatible with the industry-standard MCS-51 instruction set. By combining a versatile 8-bit CPU with Flash on a monolithic chip, the Atmel AT89S2051/S4051 is a powerful microcontroller which provides a highly-flexible and cost-effective solution to embedded control applications.

The AT45DB011B is a 1MB 2.7 volt only data flash ideally suited for a wide variety of digital voice, image, program code and data storage applications. Its 1,081,344 bits of memory are organized as 512 pages of 264 bytes each. In addition to the main memory, the AT45DB011B also contains one 264 byte SRAM data buffer. The buffer allows receiving of data while a page in the main memory is being reprogrammed. EEPROM emulation (bit or byte alterability) is easily handled with a self-contained three step Read-Modify-Write operation. Unlike conventional Flash memories that are accessed randomly with multiple address lines and a parallel interface, the DataFlash uses a single address line serial interface. The AT45DB011B supports single page and block erase operations.

The AT49BV320D(T) is a 2.7V 32-megabit Flash memory organized as 2,097,152 words of 16 bits each. The memory is divided into 71 sectors for erase operations. The device is offered in a 48-lead TSOP package and a 47-ball CBGA package. The device has CE and OE control signals to avoid any bus contention. This device can be read or reprogrammed using a single power supply, making it ideally suited for in-system programming. The device powers on in the read mode. AT26F004 is a serial interface Flash memory device produced by ATMEL company. It is suitable for a wide variety of high-volume consumer applications in which program code is shadowed from flash memory into embedded or external RAM for execution. The flexible erase architecture of the AT26F004, with its erase granularity as small as 4 Kbytes, makes it ideal for data storage as well, eliminating the need for a separate storage device in data storage applications.
