HWD2161 is a 1.1W bridge-connected audio power amplifier that uses a 5V voltage source to transmit an average continuous power of 1.1W to an 8Ω load with THD+N of 1%. The HWD2161 audio power amplifier is designed to provide high-quality output power. It uses surface packaging technology with the least external components. HWD2161 does not require output coupling capacitors, boost capacitors, or buffer circuits. It is best suited for low power portable systems. HWD2161 uses an external control low power shutdown mode and an internal thermal shutdown protection mechanism. The overall gain stable HWD2161 can be set to a differential gain of up to 10 via external gain configuration resistors without the need for external compensation components. Higher gains can be achieved through appropriate compensation.
