LINEAR LT1341 5V RS232 Transceiver with One Receiver Active in Shutdown handbook

The LT1341 is an advanced low power three-driver, five-receiver RS232 transceiver. Included on the chip is a shutdown pin for reducing supply current to near zero. During shutdown one receiver remains active to detect incoming RS232 signals, for example, to wake up a system. All other receivers and the drivers assume high impedance states during shutdown. The driver disable function provides additional control of operating mode. When driver disable is high the charge pump and drivers turn off. Receivers continue to operate during driver disable. New ESD structures on the chip allow the LT1341 to survive multiple ±10kV strikes, eliminating the need for costly TransZorbs on the RS232 line pins. The LT1341 is fully compliant with all EIA RS232 specifications and operates in excess of 120kbaud even driving heavy capacitive loads. One Receiver Remains Active While in Shutdown, ESD Protection Over ±10kV, Uses Small Capacitors: 0.1µF, 0.2µF, 60µA Supply Current in Shutdown, Pin Compatible with LT1137A, 120kBaud Operation for RL = 3k, CL = 2500pF, 250kBaud Operation for RL = 3k, CL = 1000pF, CMOS Comparable Low Power: 60mW, Operates from a Single 5V Supply, Easy PC Layout: Flowthrough Architecture, Rugged Bipolar Design, Outputs Assume a High Impedance State When Off or Powered Down, Absolutely No Latchup, Available in SSOP Package.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT6554 handbook

The LT6554 is a high-speed triple video buffer with an internally fixed gain of 1 from Linear Technology Corporation. The individual buffers are optimized for performance with a 1k load and feature a 2VP–P full signal bandwidth of 400MHz, making them ideal for driving very high-resolution video signals. Separate power supply pins for each amplifier boost channel separation to 90dB, allowing the LT6554 to excel in many high-speed applications. While the performance of the LT6554 is optimized for dual supply operation, it can also be used on a single supply as low as 4.5V. Using dual 5V supplies, each amplifier draws only 8mA. When disabled, the amplifiers draw less than 100µA and the outputs become high impedance. Furthermore, the amplifiers are capable of turning on in less than 50ns, making them suitable for multiplexing and portable applications. The LT6554 is manufactured on Linear Technology’s proprietary low voltage complementary bipolar process and is available in the 16-lead SSOP package that fits in the same PCB area as an SO-8 package.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT1220 handbook

The LT1220 is a high-speed operational amplifier with superior DC performance. It features reduced input offset voltage, lower input bias currents, and higher DC gain compared to similar devices. The circuit is a single gain stage that includes proprietary DC gain enhancement circuitry for precision with high speed. Its high gain and fast settling time make it an ideal choice for data acquisition systems. The circuit is also capable of driving large capacitive loads, making it useful in buffer or cable driver applications.

LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT1026 Voltage Converter

The LT1026 is a switched capacitor voltage doubler and inverter on a single monolithic die from Linear Technology Corporation. It can operate from a 4V to 10V input and provides ±7V to ±18V output. Output currents of over 10mA are available. Two charge pumps first double the input voltage then invert the doubled voltage. The LT1026 offers a convenient way of generating additional system voltages without using inductors. Powering interface circuits, op amps or data acquisition circuitry off logic supplies is simplified.

LINEAR LTC1293/LTC1294/LTC1296 Data Sheet

The LTC1293/4/6 is a family of data acquisition systems which contain a serial I/O successive approximation A/D converter. It uses LTCMOS TM switched capacitor technology to perform either 12-bit unipolar, or 11-bit plus sign bipolar A/D conversions. The input multiplexer can be configured for either single ended or differential inputs (or combinations thereof). An on-chip sample and hold is included for all single ended input channels. When the LTC1293/4/6 is idle it can be powered down in applications where low power consumption is desired. The LTC1296 includes a System Shutdown Output pin which can be used to power down external circuitry, such as signal conditioning circuitry prior to the input mux. The serial I/O is designed to communicate without external hardware to most MPU serial ports and all MPU parallel I/O ports allowing up to eight channels of data to be transmitted over as few as three wires.

LINEAR LTC2435/LTC2435-1 handbook

The LTC ®2435/2435-1 are 2.7V to 5.5V micropower 20-bit differential ∆Σ analog to digital converters with integrated oscillator, 3ppm INL and 0.8ppm RMS noise. They use delta-sigma technology and provide single cycle settling time for multiplexed applications. Through a single pin, the LTC2435 can be configured for better than 110dB input differential mode rejection at 50Hz or 60Hz ±2%, or it can be driven by an external oscillator for a user defined rejection frequency. The LTC2435-1 can be con- figured for better than 87dB input differential mode rejec- tion over the range of 49Hz to 61.2Hz (50Hz and 60Hz ±2% simultaneously). The internal oscillator requires no external frequency setting components. The converters accept any external differential reference voltage from 0.1V to VCC for flexible ratiometric and remote sensing measurement configurations. The full- scale differential input range is from –0.5VREF to 0VREF.

LINEAR LTC1591/LTC1597 handbook

The LTC1591/LTC1597 are pin compatible, parallel input 14-bit and 16-bit multiplying current output DACs that operate from a single 5V supply. INL and DNL are accurate to 1LSB over the industrial temperature range in both 2- and 4- quadrant multiplying modes. True 16-bit 4-quadrant multiplication is achieved with on-chip 4-quadrant multiplication resistors. These DACs include an internal deglitcher circuit that reduces the glitch impulse to less than 2nV-s (typ). The asynchronous CLR pin resets the LTC1591/LTC1597 to zero scale and LTC1591-1/LTC1597-1 to midscale. The LTC1591/LTC1597 are available in 28-pin SSOP and PDIP packages and are specified over the industrial temperature range. For serial interface 16-bit current output DACs refer to the LTC1595/LTC1596 data sheet.

LINEAR LTC1258-3/LTC1258-4.1 handbook

LTC1258-3/LTC1258-4.1 are micropower bandgap references that combine high accuracy and low drift with very low supply current and small package size. The combination of ultralow quiescent current and low dropout voltage of only 200mV max makes them ideal for battery-powered equipment. These references uses curvature compensation to obtain low temperature coefficient and trimmed thin-film resistors to achieve high output accuracy. These references can supply up to 10mA and sink up to 2mA, making them ideal for precision regulator applications.
