The HDSP-5082 series of light emitting diode displays (LEDs) are industry standard size and feature 7.62mm (0.300 inch) DIP leads on 2.54mm (0.100 inch) centers. The products have a choice of colors (AlGaAs Red, High Efficiency Red, Yellow and Green), evenly lighted segments, ±50° viewing angle and optimum contrast. Products also feature design flexibility with a choice of common anode or common cathode, single digits, left or right hand decimal point, ±1. overflow character. These high intensity white LED lamps are based on InGaN material technology. A blue LED die is coated by phosphor to produce white. The typical resulting color is described by the coordinates x = 0.31, y = 0.31 using the 1931 CIE Chromaticity Diagram. The lamps have a well defined spatial radiation pattern and high luminous white emission.

HLMP-132x series, HLMP-142x series and HLMP-152x series T-1 high intensity LED lamps are designed for applications that require higher on-axis intensity than is achievable with a standard lamp. The light generated is focused to a narrow beam to achieve this effect.

The HEDT-9000 and HEDT-9100 series are high-performance, low-cost, optical incremental encoder modules that operate up to 125°C. When used with a codewheel, these modules detect rotary position. The modules consist of a lensed (LED) source and a detector IC enclosed in a small C-shaped plastic package. Due to a highly collimated light source and unique photodetector array, these modules are extremely tolerant to mounting misalignment. The two-channel digital outputs and the single 5V supply input are accessed through five 0.025-inch square pins located on 0.1-inch centers.
