intersil X9314 Manual

The X9314 is a single-ended digitally controlled potentiometer from Intersil, which uses a solid-state non-volatile resistive array, and is ideal for digitally controlled resistance trimming. The X9314 is composed of 31 resistive elements. There are tap points accessible to the wiper element between each element and at either end. The position of the wiper element is controlled by the CS, U/D and INC inputs. The position of the wiper can be stored in non-volatile memory and then be recalled upon a subsequent power-up operation. The XDCP can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer or as a two-terminal variable resistor in a wide variety of applications including control, parameter adjustments, and signal processing.

intersil X9116 Manual

The Intersil X9116 is a digitally controlled nonvolatile potentiometer designed to be used in trimmer applications. The pot consists of 15 equal resistor segments that connect to the wiper pin through programmable CMOS switches. The tap position is programmed through a 3-wire up/down serial port. The last position of the wiper is stored in a nonvolatile memory location which is recalled at the time of power up of the device. The wiper moves through sequential tap positions with inputs on the serial port. A falling edge on INC (bar) causes the tap position to increment one position up or down based on whether the U/D (bar) pin is held high or low. The X9116 can be used in many applications requiring a variable resistance. In many cases it can replace a mechanical trimmer and offers many advantages such as temperature and time stability as well as the reliability of a solid state solution.

intersil HI7190 Manual

The Intersil HI7190 is a 24-bit high-precision Sigma Delta A/D converter that operates from ±5V supplies. The signal and reference inputs are fully differential for maximum flexibility and performance. An internal Programmable Gain Instrumentation Amplifier (PGIA) provides input gains from 1 to 128, eliminating the need for external pre-amplifiers. The on-demand converter auto-calibrate function is capable of removing offset and gain errors existing in external and internal circuitry. The on-board user programmable digital filter provides over 120dB of 60/50Hz noise rejection and allows fine tuning of resolution and conversion speed over a wide dynamic range. The HI7190 and HI7191 are functionally the same device, but the HI7190 has tighter linearity specifications. The HI7190 contains a serial I/O port and is compatible with most synchronous transfer formats, including both the Motorola 6805/11 series SPI and Intel 8051 series SSR protocols. A sophisticated set of commands gives the user control over calibration, PGIA gain, device selection, etc.

intersil ISL6722A ISL6723A date data

ISL6722A and ISL6723A are low power, single-ended pulse-width modulation (PWM) current mode controllers suitable for a wide variety of DC/DC conversion applications including step-up regulators, buck regulators, and isolated output configurations. Similar to the ISL6721 and pin-compatible, ISL6722A and ISL6723A offer a modified feature set. ISL6722A replaces the original external synchronization function with a low-power halt feature that can reduce standby current below 200µA. ISL6723A changes the input voltage undervoltage threshold to 13V. In addition, internal overtemperature protection has been eliminated for both controllers. The remainder of the controller’s functionality is unchanged and includes a low-power mode that includes current limit and overvoltage fault protection when the input current is below 200µA. An internal 300ms delay clock prevents rapid “hiccups” in the controller’s operation when a fault occurs.
