The 16800 Series Portable Logic Analyzers provide exceptional performance, flexibility, and value to meet the debug, verification, and optimization needs of digital systems regardless of budget. With a resolution of 250 ps (4 GHz), the timing zoom capability can quickly identify difficult timing issues without needing to probe twice. A 15-inch display, with an optional touchscreen, allows you to view more data and quickly navigate. View Scope – can perform measurements and display logic analyzer and oscilloscope data in a time-correlated way to effectively troubleshoot issues across the analog and digital portions of your design. Eight models with 34/68/102/136/204 channels, maximum memory depth of 32 M, and integrated pattern generators offer the measurement flexibility to meet any budget. Supports today's complex design requirements – FPGA dynamic probing, digital VSA (vector signal analysis), and broad support for a variety of processor and bus families.
