ADP2138/ADP2139 Compact 800 mA 3 MHz Step-Down DC-to-DC Converter Data Sheet
The ADP2138 and ADP2139 are high efficiency, low quiescent current, synchronous step-down DC-DC converters. They operate with an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and have a peak efficiency of 95%. The converters operate at a fixed frequency of 3MHz and have a typical quiescent current of 24μA. They have a very small solution size with a 6-lead, 1mm × 1.5mm WLCSP package. The converters provide fast load and line transient response, support 100% duty cycle low dropout mode, and include internal synchronous rectifier, compensation, and soft start functions. They have current overload and thermal shutdown protections, as well as an ultralow shutdown current of 0.2μA (typical). The converters can operate in forced PWM and automatic PWM/PSM modes and are supported by the ADIsimPower™ design tool.
