ST ACST6 Overvoltage protected AC switch handbook

The ACST6 is an overvoltage protected AC switch manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It has low IGT (<10 mA) and TO-220FPAB insulated package: 1500 V rms. It meets IEC 61000-4-5 standards and has high off-state reliability, no external overvoltage protection and high immunity against fast transients. It can drive medium power AC loads, such as universal motor of washing machine drum or compressor for fridge or air conditioner.
