SHARP LZ93N61 handbook

The LZ93N61 is a CMOS timing generator LSI from WARP company. This chip supports NTSC and PAL video standards and can select 270,000 or 320,000 pixels of CCD according to need. Internal electronic shutter, can select 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000, 1/2000, 1/4000 and 1/10000 seconds of shutter speed. In addition, it supports 1/100 seconds (PAL: 1/120 seconds) of flicker-free mode, using parallel or serial code to control the shutter speed. This chip uses a single 5V power supply and is packaged in a 48-pin QFP package.
