PM100CLA060 FLAT-BASE TYPE INSULATED PACKAGE is a 3φ 100A, 600V Current-sense IGBT type inverter produced by Mitsubishi. It adopts 1µm fine rule process, has a low Vce(sat) characteristic, and integrates gate drive and protection logic. It can detect short-circuit, over-temperature, under-voltage, etc. faults and output fault information through P-Fo.
