TEXAS INSTRUMENTS PTH08T210W handbook

PTH08T210W is a high-performance 30A power module that uses a multi-phase switch-mode topology. It is the second generation of the PTH series power modules, with reduced footprint and improved features. PTH08T210W operates from an input voltage range of 5.5 V to 14 V, and requires a single resistor to set the output voltage to any value over the range, 0.7 V to 3.6 V. The wide input voltage range makes the PTH08T210W particularly suitable for advanced computing and server applications that use a loosely regulated 8-V to 12-V intermediate distribution bus. The module uses double-sided surface mount.
