This document describes a simple isocratic method for analyzing artemisinin using the Agilent 1200SL system with high-speed separation high-throughput (RRHT) columns and ChromSword software. The method development was automated using the ChromSword software, which helped in selecting the optimal column. By utilizing a fully automated unmanned method development program, the analysis time was significantly reduced.
