National LMP8272 LMP8277 handbook

The LMP8272 and LMP8277 are differential amplifiers with high common mode voltage and a gain of 14. They can detect, amplify, and filter small differential signals in the presence of high common mode voltages. The gain is fixed at 14, which is sufficient to drive an ADC to full scale. The amplifier consists of two stages: a pre-amplifier with a gain of +7 and a second stage amplifier with a gain of +2.
