intersil HCTS299MS Radiation Hardened 8-Bit Universal Shift Register; Three-State handbook

HCTS299MS is an 8-bit universal shift register with three-state function produced by Intersil. The product uses a 3-micron radiation-hardened CMOS SOS process, with a total dose of 200K RAD (Si), an SEP effective LET no upsets of >100 MEV-cm2/mg, a < 2 x 10-9 errors/bit day (typical) single event upset (SEU) immunity, a >1 x 1012 RAD (Si)/s dose rate survival capability, and a >1010 RAD (Si)/s 20ns pulse dose rate upset. The product is free from latch-up under any conditions and supports 15 LSTTL load bus driver outputs.
