NEC PD16855A/B/C/D handbook

The PD16855A/B/C/D is a dual high-side switch from NEC for use on the power supply bus of the Universal-Serial-Bus (USB). It features two Pch power MOSFETs in the switch part, each with low on resistance (100 mΩ TYP.), as well as over current detection, thermal shutdown and under voltage lockout circuits. The over-current-detect result can be reported to the controller by flag-pin.
