This document introduces two data acquisition system products LTC1292/LTC1297. The features include 12-bit resolution, maximum conversion time of 12µs, low supply current of 6.0mA, shutdown supply current of 5µA (LTC1297), built-in sample-and-hold, single supply 5V operation, 60kHz maximum throughput rate (LTC1292), power shutdown after each conversion (LTC1297), direct 3-wire interface to most MPU serial ports and all MPU parallel ports, analog input common mode to supply rails
