The BD80C0AFPS, BD90C0AFPS is a low saturation regulator with 1A output current, 8.0V/9.0V output voltage, ±1% high output voltage precision, low saturation PDMOS output, built-in over current protection circuit, built-in thermal shutdown circuit, low ESR capacitor and TO252S-3 package.
