The main features are outstanding brightness and luminance due to pure surface emission and low Rth, typical color temperature of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4200K, viewing angle of 120°, light emitting surface of 2.1mm x 2.1mm, technology of ThinGaN®, luminance of 18*106 cd/m² (4200K), optical efficiency of 32 lm/W (4200K), can be fixed by screws, for welding, ESD resistance of 2kV, packaging unit of 60 pcs per tray. Applications include general lighting, microscope illumination, VMS (variable message signs) and high end strobe lights.
