SIEMENS SRD 00314X/SRD 00315X handbook

SRD 00314X SRD 00315X is a PIN photodiode made of InGaAs / InP, designed for telecommunications applications. It is a sensitive receiver for the 2nd optical window (1300 nm) and suitable for bit rates up to 1.2 Gbit/s. It has low junction and low package capacitance, fast switching times, low dark current and low noise. The device is hermetically sealed in a 3-pin metal case with a single-mode fiber connector.
