LW T67C Hyper TOPLED® Enhanced optical Power LED (ATON®) is a lead (Pb) free product that complies with RoHS standards. Product features include: white P-LCC-2 package, colored diffused resin, extremely wide viewing angle, ideal for backlighting and light guide coupling; color coordinates are x = 0.33, y = 0.33, according to CIE 1931 standard it is white; typical color temperature is 5600 K, color rendering index is 80; light beam angle is Lambertian (120 °); technology is InGaN; luminous efficiency is 22 lm/W; grouping parameters are brightness and color coordinates; processing is suitable for all SMT mounting technologies; welding methods are IR Reflow welding and wave welding (TTW); pre-treatment is according to JEDEC Level 2; bandwidth is 8mm ribbon with 2000/roll, ø180mm or 8000/roll, ø330mm; ESD safe, maximum voltage is 2 kV, meets JESD22-A114-B standard.
