MICROCHIP MCP9800/1/2/3 handbook

MCP9800/1/2/3 is a family of digital temperature sensors from Microchip Technology Inc. that converts temperatures between -55°C and +125°C to a digital word. The products provide an accuracy of ±1°C (max.) from -10°C to +85°C and can be configured to operate in a variety of modes, including user-selectable 9-12 bit temperature measurement resolution, power-saving Shutdown and One-shot (single conversion on command while in the Shutdown) modes. Typical applications include personal computers and servers, hard disk drives and other PC peripherals, entertainment systems, office equipment, data communication equipment, mobile phones, and general-purpose temperature monitoring.
