3M 7E50 Series CF Card Header CompactFlash Type I Low Profile Surface Mount Manual

This document describes the physical, electrical, and environmental characteristics of the 3M CF Card Header CompactFlash Type I, Low Profile, Surface Mount 7E50 Series. The product is RoHS compliant and does not contain harmful substances. It uses Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulation material with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The contact material is copper alloy with nickel plating and gold flash over 80/20 Palladium Nickel. The solder tails are 50 µ″ [ 1.27 µm ] 85/15 Tin Lead or gold flash. It has a current rating of 0.5A, insulation resistance greater than 1 × 109 Ω, and can withstand voltage up to 500 Vrms. The temperature range is -55°C to +85°C, with a maximum process rating of 260°C.
