3M 7E50 Series CF Card Header CompactFlash Type I Low Profile Surface Mount Manual

This document describes the physical, electrical, and environmental characteristics of the 3M CF Card Header CompactFlash Type I, Low Profile, Surface Mount 7E50 Series. The product is RoHS compliant and does not contain harmful substances. It uses Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulation material with a UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The contact material is copper alloy with nickel plating and gold flash over 80/20 Palladium Nickel. The solder tails are 50 µ″ [ 1.27 µm ] 85/15 Tin Lead or gold flash. It has a current rating of 0.5A, insulation resistance greater than 1 × 109 Ω, and can withstand voltage up to 500 Vrms. The temperature range is -55°C to +85°C, with a maximum process rating of 260°C.
