MAXIM MAX608 handbook

MAX608 is a low voltage step-up controller. The input voltage range is 1.8V to 16.5V. The output voltage is 5V, which can be adjusted from 3V to 16.5V with an external resistor divider. Logic controlled shutdown mode reduces supply current to 2µA typically.
