intersil X9250 handbook

The X9250 is a quad digitally controlled potentiometer (XDCP) chip with low noise, low power, SPI bus, and 256 taps. It features four potentiometers, 256 resistor taps/pot with 0.4% resolution, SPI serial interface, 40Ω wiper resistance, four nonvolatile data registers, standby current < 5µA max, and power supplies ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. It has high reliability with endurance up to 100,000 data changes per bit per register and data retention for 100 years. The X9250 is available in 24 Ld SOIC and 24 Ld TSSOP packages.
